These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mighty Oaks Realty websites and services, including the area search site at search.mightyoaksrealty.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
The site and its property listing data are provided for your personal, non-commercial real-estate search. Do not scrape, copy, resell, or attempt to disrupt the site, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose. Listing data is displayed through our MLS/IDX provider and is subject to that provider’s terms.
No brokerage relationship by use
Using this site or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a real-estate brokerage or agency relationship. Any representation is established only through a separate written agreement.
Communications
When you provide your contact information, you agree that Mighty Oaks Realty may contact you about your inquiry or transaction by phone, email, and — if you opt in — text message, consistent with your preferences and the SMS Program Terms below. Consent to receive marketing communications is never a condition of buying, selling, or using our services.
SMS Program Terms
Our text-messaging program is optional and requires a separate opt-in. By opting in you agree to these SMS Program Terms.
- What you receive: transaction and customer-service messages such as appointment, showing, inspection, appraisal, financing, and closing reminders; showing-feedback requests; and one-to-one messages between you and your agent.

- Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically up to about 10 messages per month during an active transaction).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message; for help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
- We do not share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software are owned by Mighty Oaks Realty or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Property information may change and is not guaranteed accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mighty Oaks Realty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
